This position provides Athletic Training Services to Yuba Unified School District - River Valley High School and the Yuba-Sutter High Wheelers Professional Baseball Team.
High school coverage will be provided Monday through Friday during the school year (25-29 hours per week), and then transition to the High Wheelers Baseball Team during the summer.
What You’ll Do
Deliver Athletic Training Services to athletes across multiple sports programs.
Collaborate with coaches, athletes, and parents to ensure optimal safety, performance, and care.
Support practices, games, and events, including weekend commitments with predetermined scheduling.

What We’re Looking For
Educational Background: Master’s degree from a CAATE-accredited athletic training program (or Bachelor's for programs completed before 2022).
Certifications: Current BOC certification, along with American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid.
Skills & Abilities:
Expertise in injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation techniques.
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel for injury tracking and reporting.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive situations.
Experience with athletic training aids (e.g., taping, modalities, exercise programs).
Mindset: A team player with a passion for athletic training, innovation, and delivering exceptional care.

FLEX Performance llc is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Outreach Athletic Trainer(s) to join our team on a per diem basis. In this role, you will provide athletic training services for various athletic events as needed. This is a great opportunity for a passionate individual who is dedicated to helping athletes perform at their best.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site athletic training services at various athletic events
- Assess injuries and provide immediate care
- Develop and implement injury prevention programs
- Communicate with coaches, athletes, and parents regarding injury management and rehabilitation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Athletic Training or related field
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) through the Board of Certification

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
